We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, editions, prices and availability displayed on the website are accurate and up to date. Minor differences may occur between online product information and the physical product, particularly in relation to cover design or printing.

ORDERS & PAYMENTS
An order placed through this website constitutes a request to purchase the selected products. Orders are processed after successful payment and confirmation.
All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and may be changed without prior notice. Product availability may also change from time to time.
Modern Law House reserves the right to cancel an order in circumstances such as incorrect product information or pricing errors, product unavailability, or suspected fraudulent or unauthorised transactions. Where payment has already been received for a cancelled order, the applicable refund will be processed.
Payments are accepted through the online payment methods available at checkout.
Cash on Delivery is not available.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate information required for successful payment and delivery.
DELIVERY, RETURNS & OTHER ITEMS
Orders are generally processed and dispatched on the same working day or the next working day after confirmation. Orders are normally delivered within 3–5 working days from the date of dispatch, subject to the delivery location and courier service.
Cancellation, returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Shipping & Returns policy.
All website content, including text, graphics, logos, photographs and other materials, may not be copied, reproduced or commercially used without prior permission.
Modern Law House makes reasonable efforts to maintain accurate information and reliable access to the website. However, we shall not be responsible for circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including courier delays, technical failures or incorrect information provided by the customer.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
